Project
A conceptual design of a modular apartments block for a zone with height restrictions.
Affordable housing was a high design priority. In this regard, the project uses the most compact 2-bedroom apartments, but still meeting all modern comfort standards. For example, each apartment has two balconies and two directions of air circulation for natural ventilation. The small height difference characteristic of the area allows for parking on a basement level. |

| The project was not realized by us, but it helped the client a lot in the initial vision and understanding of spatial volumes, scale and style of the future development, which was later successfully realized by another bureau that already had experience in this area. |
