הבניין המקורי נבנה ב 1969 וכלל 10 יח"ד ב-4 קומות  ללא מעלית.
ב2020 הופק היתר בנייה לתוספת  2.5 קומות  עבור בניית 9 יח"ד חדשות הכוללות 4-5 חדרים ופנטהאוזים, הרחבת יח"ד קיימות עד 25 מ"ר ברוטו, תוספת מעלית עם גישה מרח' שמעוני - הכל במסגרת התמ"א 38/1 (חיזוק).

The original building was built in 1969 and included 10 units on 4 floors without an elevator. In 2020, a building permit was issued for an additional 2.5 floors for the construction of 9 new units including 4-5 rooms and penthouses, the expansion of existing units up to 25 square meters gross, the addition of an elevator with access from Shimoni Street - all within the framework of TAMA 38/1 (reinforcement).
