Project:

“Jerusalem Bauhaus” apartments building located in the heart of the city. The 3-storey building of 1935 y., in a quarter between the Shmuel ha Nagid street and King George V avenue. Following the numerous interior redevelopments at a moment the building hosts one apartment, rest of the premises are occupied by various offices.

Throughout its 85 years history the building has avoided irreversible changes and preserves its original appearance. Within the city centre rehabilitation program, the building is intended to undergo the conservation and extension up to 5 new floors, accommodating the small-scale apartments with the gross area not exceeding 45 m2.

Speaking the same language, the extension project is aimed to highlight the unique features of the original and its contribution to the local environment.
