There is no irony in project name. It is named after its location - on the site of the city park with the small monument to Vladimir Lenin.

Tribute to a history:
The architecture of the building appeals to the late-Soviet modernism of public buildings - contradictory massive structures both inheriting the best modernist traditions and bearing the totalitarian message.
Inside, it's all the usual shopping and entertainment industry stuff. The building includes the usual mix of retail and leisure functions, as well as a sports complex with a swimming pool on the upper floors.
